Icai Cds — I'm complaining about ICAI CDS book delivery

I ordered my CA Foundation Books almost 3 months ago. Almost every alternate days I followed up with ICAI head of department, Courier Service Head. They were so rude and said "it's not our responsibility to get you books". We students suffer due this.
