I have converted into ca final new scheme on 17/01/2024 but the coupon available for order books is not available on cds portal.

I have called on their customer care many a times & mailed on cds mail id but no response.

I have raised ticket & posted grievance on ssp portal but they just told to wait for 4-5-7 days & that period has also passed.
Its been more than 20 working days.

I have to change the house address to get my final books delivered. I am not receiving any otp for doing so.

I ordered my CA Foundation Books almost 3 months ago. Almost every alternate days I followed up with ICAI head of department, Courier Service Head. They were so rude and said "it's not our responsibility to get you books". We students suffer due this....

I was very surprised and sad to know that we are not easily getting "Hindi alphabet practice books" here in Surat, Gujarat. Hindi is our national language, and its books are not available in big shops to teach Hindi to our childrens. I wish that someone's attention should be given to this and Hindi alphabet practice books should be found in all bookstores here in Surat, Gujarat.

It been almost one month since I have ordered books. It is mentioned that delivery would take 12 days from the date of order, but still after one month also I haven't received the order. There is no proper response from the persons. I hope at least here I get the response fast. My order no 1st Order

I have ordered ICAI books on March 10th but have not received any confirmation and the ICAI CDS website is not even updating the track status of my books. As exams are approaching, I expect ICAI to fulfill the requirements of its students soon.

I ordered fews books on icai cds on march 4th ( order number[protected]but haven't received any confirmation mail or message, but my order shows in website as order is placed but not shipped yet, i don't know when will i receive my books, but exams are coming up, none of the helpline number are working, what can i do ?

I have ordered some books on 27/02/2022 having Order Id[protected]. My order is not dispatched yet despite of constant mails and call reminders. My exams are near and this is complete mental harrasment....

I placed my order on 19th December 2021, today 19 January 2022 . It's completed one month but didn't received product . Professional courier services showing that dispatched to Hyderabad from Kanpur on 23 December but still I didn't received even tracking also strucked there . No one responding while calling....

I placed the order on 9 January 2022 you and it is showing that my order has been shipped on 10th January 2022 through trackon courier. I got the AWB number but when I tried to track the package it is showing that the AWB number is invalid.
I got a mail from trackon courier person whose name is Praveen Chauhan who said me that the books are out of stock and they will be back in stock on the next week Monday show today is Tuesday but then also no response and the website shot that within 12 working days the books will be delivered to me but no response from their side.

I Made an order for CA intermediate Taxation and Law books on 29.05.2021. After that i got the Mail from cds portal saying that the order has delivered vide AWB No.[protected] on 02-Jun-2021and I also checked the status in Cds portal it was also showing that the order delivered but I didn't get my order till now. I don't know whether i will get my order or not.

I've registered as a CA Intermediate student recently. And I need to change my delivery address for booking study materials. However, I'm not receiving any OTP. Please help me out!

Myself K. Thejaswini (SRO0426472), studying CA final. I have placed an order on icai CDS portal on 03.02.2021 for group -2 books against student coupon. It's been almost 2 months, I didn't receive books, neither I have tracking of the same.
Status of order shows out for delivery, through India post....

Iam j. Naga nandini. I placed an order on 3rd jan 2020 but trackon courier services returned those books to institute without contacting me. When i contacted them they said that this address is not covered under their delivery area. My consignment no was[protected]. I availed coupon's for second time. How can i place an order for next time?. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

My cds account showing from last 4 days that the order is placed, but not shipped, no further process is done by the cds department,

My attempt is nov 2019, and still i am not started my study because o[censored]navailability of institute books,

I tried to contact cds department, but there phones are always dead.

I was placed an order on 07th feb 2019, tax study material with inr 688 on www.icai-cds.org at 22:14 hrs, my order number is[protected], i was mentioned wrong address and payment also done, after payment i realized that mentioned wrong address so that i was cancelled that order, amount will be refunded in 15 working days but still now i didn't get any amount returns to my account, again i made a purchase of inr 688 tax material from www.icai-cds.org at 22:22hrs, my order number is[protected], i got my books in 5days.
But i don't get my amount which was cancelled by me in 1st order, please kindly send back my money to my account.

I ordered for ca final books of new course on 21st oct 2018
It was told that the books will be delivered within 15 days but they are not yet delivered
The courier was received in hyd by 29th oct but not delivered to my address since then
The customer service executive, they are not available always and when i spoke to them they are telling they are not able to track which of their centre in hyd is having the delivery order

I ordered my ca final new syllabus books on 23rd oct, 2018 and shown in site that it is delivered to my address on 27th, but it was not received to me on 27th.

But in few days i went personally on 5th nov. At
Overnite express, kaveri complex, bhavnagar, for books
And intimate the fact to overnite express that why i have not received on time

I have to update my mobile number & address before ordering books. When i try to update, i am not receiving otp at all. I am trying from 4-5 days. I am pissed off with this. The initiative is good but is valueless if the platform is not good. We, students, suffering finally. Please ensure basic facilities of the website works so that student can order books peacefully.

I had placed an order for ca final books, with icai cds, on 16th may 2018.
Today, after 8 days of placing the order, when tracking the order, there is still no advancement in the procedure. It shows that the books are not even shipped. This is really inconvenient for a student like me; exams are approaching and yet there is no trace of books.
I request the portal to do the needful in this regard.
