I am FRO0535780 a CA Final student .I have ordered my Self Paced module set A and Set B for my preparation and today it's been a month since I ordered my books. Three mails was dropped seeking the reason for such delay and urgency matter also disclosed to them also OTP related issue was already discussed. This is such a unacceptable behaviour shown towards student.
Who will take accountable for such inconvenience behaviour. So regretful towards the shipment facility. At least provide some facility if such facilities was put on desk. Your small carelessness can cause big trouble to student.
