ICC Network Pune — broadband connection shift - prepaid for 1 year

This has reference to our connection of iccnetwork renewed in august for a yearly subscription as it was explained to us by the person who visited our home that yearly connection will be best for you as it will save you on price.
We paid rs 8000 for subscription of connection for the year ending in august 2020 and since icc network not able to provide connection in our new flat, we would like icc network to refund our excess amount of rs 7000/. It was also explained that shifting will be done in case if you have to shift out of this home around pune.

Since now our owner has asked us to vacate the flat, we have got a flat in kumar ecoloch in mahalunge, pune and we asked your company to shift the connection at our flat in mahalunge. It was explained to us that there is no connectivity from iccnetwork in mahalunge and as such we can not provide services to you. When we asked that in such case, please refund the remaining month of charges taken for internet till next august 2020, on that we were asked to speak to mr asif shaikh who in turn told that it is a prepaid account and we can not refund the money.

I am surprised that how can iccnetwork can keep such excess money without providing services or connectivity when the customer is asking for connectivity at the new location. If no connectivity is provided, then company can not keep the money which they took for the year which will tantamount to cheating as per trai guidelines and need to be refunded as iccnetwork can not keep the already paid amount for providing services but now have no connectivity. Such a behaviour from internet company is against the customer service to provide them good service or overcharging customers by giving yearly plan and keeping the excess money with company in case the house is shifted.

We would like that our excess amount be given back or we should be provided the connectivity in our new residence in mahalunge pune.
