I have been using the internet services of pune based internet service provider icc website address is - http://www.iccnetwork.net/ since january, 2016. It is one of the worst internet services, i have ever seen. Every week at least once my internet connection gets discontinued.Internet services are not provided to me for more than 50 days in a span of 5 months. I have paid for internet connection for 7 months in advance. Every time i call them they say it will get resolved in few hours or they will send some to get it resolved. However, more than half of the times they do not take any action. I have calling their customer care, emailing them, calling guys directly for solving the issue but to no use. Without any intimation via call, sms, mail, they discontinue my services.
I want to take a strict against action against them as i can see a lot of complaints against them. And, i don’t want to use this internet connection anymore. I want them to refund the money to me for 100 days (Remaining 50 days + covering 50 days for no internet connection (Dated 5th july, 2016). Was this information helpful? |
