Icfai Tripura University — de novo registration

Hello, my name is kavitha chandran. I got enrolled in to an distance mba program of icfai sikkim in 2014 january. Due to some medical issues i couldn't complete exams within the time period. I already sent a request mail for de nova registration to [protected]@iusikkim. Edu.in. I have completed first module with good grades. Now they are telling like it's not possible. Kindly help me to get de nova registration to extend validity.
