The below email sent to ssd department for refund of my money but they are not accept their mistake and not my paid fees of 31 k in my bank account.

Please refer below email which i sent to them last week.

With reference to received email form you, i want to withdraw my admission due to misleading and misguiding me while taking admission form mrs. Pallavi mishra baroda branch cousellor mobile no [protected] by giving fake information i took my trust on your university, she did not disclose the abrord exam fess by verbally and also not showing in brochure clearly to understan to any abroad student like me.

I sweared my mother, i had clearly said that i will go to oman and i will never take exam from india many times however she did not clearly mentioned me from her. When ever i had got the visa for oman and air ticket then sent it you your ssd department then they suggested to me send it to abroad department. Once i sent the email to your abroad department i was shocked to see fees o[censored]sd 125 per subject (40k for 1 sem) total 1.6 lakh for whole course exam fees. I am not fool to take the admission whether i have to 1.6 lakh for exam fess for abroad then i surely never take admission from your university.

My question is that why she did not disclosed or mentioned clearly to me while taking admission, it is your university personnel's mistake to not dichesclosed the usd 125 per subject abroad exam fees. You must give me refund my hard earned money of 31k or discuss this matter with your university director. Or share contact number of director or emial address to me.

As per my knowledge, hiding information form student is one kind of cheating from your staff, and then stuck to student intentionally, i only take the admission because i can attain exam online from oman and pay fess of rs 500 per subject is affordable for me. But now all is changed the matter i can not come to india easily because of busy schedule and can not afford all other travelling expenses to attain the exam form india. It will be expensive for me.

I clearly mentioned you that it is your staff mistake to misguide me hence after cancellation of my admission also the refund of 31k must me credited to my this sbi bank ac [protected], navsari agriculture branch, gujarat india on name of hiteshkumar amrutbhai patel

Whether after cancellation of admission i will not refund my hard earned money then i will register official complain trough our consumer forum and file the case against you for my justice.

This whole story i had emailed you many time but you replied me single time only.

Furthermore, after cancellation of admission kindly send a currior all my pdc cheques to my below listed address and it must not be posted for clearance for remaining months, due to 3 pdc the bank charged me rs.177 per cheques.
