I have bought different company fd through icicidirect offline mode. The form filled are correctly, but found mismatch in later communications. The amount debited to respective companies, there is no further receipts. Only i can see additional inputs reminders by registered post. There is no serious follow up by icicidirect representatives with us for resolving the ambiguities. I had asked about discussing one issue with the higher authority, but till date there is no response

    I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are 3 debit transaction
    1. In[protected] dp chgs till jan-18 — inr 826.00' (Deducted 2 times and refunded 1 time)
    2. In[protected] dp chgs till jan-17 — inr 805.00'.

    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
    Hi, I too faced issue 2 days back..have you closed the account and money is refunded for you ?

      I was doing a transaction in patna phulwarisharif 801505 from icici bank atm on 12 june 2018 at 9pm to10pm for the amount of ₹10, 000 but the amount was deducted from my cbi account i got information through messege but atm haven't dispensed the cash. My ₹10, 000 deducted because of poor supply of electricity source and the atm did not despense any cash amount and the atm power supply is ended during the about to cash going to despense.

      The icici bank atm gaurd was their i told him everything he told now he will close the atm sutter you should come tommorow to collect your money or if it is transfered it self when electricity souce or power supply given.

          I withdrew money from one of your atms in pollachi (Coimbatore dist. Tamil nadu) this evening (11/05/2018). One of the notes - rs.100/- is completely cut into two pieces but joined together with a tape. How to encash this currency?
          Wanted to add the photo if the currency, but the size is too big to be attached.

          Barring this transaction, i am highly satisfied with your service.

            I had obtained a house loan of Rs[protected] Lakhs only) from icici bank
            with Loan acct no NHPUN [protected].I had closed the said loan acct after payment of balance amount of Rs 790125 on 05 Jan 18 after due confirmation from ICICI bank home loan branch at sector 14 Gurgaon.I was told to collect NOC and other property documents held with the bank on 12 Jan18. However, there was no response from the bank. Due to negligency at banks level the issue of Noc and handing over of documents in custody of bank was delayed by one month and 10 days. Due to this I have suffered a loss of .Rs 46600.( 40 days Rent+interest of deposited amt for one month ).I have been following up this issue with ICICI bank for last two months. Till
            dt the amount has not been reimbursed..

              My credit card no-[protected], icici bank, your credit card department have cheating with me, without my permission policy given and without my permission to being auto debit with my salary account. When i have fight with prudential life insurance co. Reference no[protected], against deposit, he told me i have all amount refunded in your account. But refund balance is no showing in my saving account. He told me you ask credit card department him why have not refund in your saving account icici bank. If you would not my refund, i will take legal action against your credit card department.

                I have requested to close my demat account with icicidirect on sep 15, 2016 at hitech city hyderabad branch. They informed me that the account will be closed within three working days, however, the same has not been closed yet. Further, i had written to [protected]@icicidirect.com along with acknowledgement receipt. However, no reply from their end.
                Please help me to close the account and transfer the shares as i am unable to sell my current holding and leading to heavy loss.

                Please also let me know how can i recover loss due to service negligence.

                  Hi, my mother, who was the joint holder in my demat account, passed away last year. Hence i was advised by icici direct to open a new demat account and get the holding transferred there. Since last '6 months', i have been trying to get the same done. I am a wealth client and the relationship manager (Rm) assigned to me was of no help at all. I have made n number of visits to the icici banks, icici direct offices, have had hours and hours of calls with direct customer care besides complaining icici managment several times. But till date, the work is incomplete. Just to add, the rm is not reachable since last many weeks. I hope that through this forum, i will get a quick resolution. Thanks

                    I have been told that there is no charges on opening dmat account since it is complementary with salary account. I been given training on how to do trade. I been asked to purchase 1 rupee share. Every year i been charged for 500 to 900 rupees for this account. I requested them to close my account since i don't use it and i never purchased any share after i purchased as part of training. Icici bank is not closing my account and charging me every year. I want all my charges reversed till date and my account to be closed.

                        Hello Sir,

                        I have done NEFT on 06/03/2018 from my Citi bank account to ICICI bank for
                        Outward Remittance Account
                        Account Number: 0035SLORCBP
                        IFSC Codee: ICIC0000035
                        amount: RS12500
                        and it needs to be transferred within 72 hours to the western Union but when I have gone to the nearest branch of ICICI in salt lake sector 1, they told me without a statement of remittance they will not transfer the money to Western Union which has not been told before the transfer of the amount (05/03/2018).

                        So could you suggest me how can I withdraw my money from this account? and if you can please provide me a phone number so I could talk with some specialist to clarify the confusion as I'm not the customer of the ICICI bank.

                        And the most important is that the behavior of your ICICI bank employees are not good and they make the customers waiting for a longer time without any reason. They themselves confused.
                        Please, It will be thankful to process my request.

                          My a/c with userid parshurampandit3 was deactivated in mid of january. Since then i am not able to trade or check any fund balance/portfolio. Customer care told there is ekyc pending. Whereas two days back only i received the confirmation mail regarding my ekyc, i have the mail copy.
                          When contacted to icici home branch, they once again took away all the documents and proceeded with the kyc procedure. Two times they wrongly filled the forms (I got the info from icici helpdesk). Third time the regional head at jamshedpur mr. Alok kumar himself filled the form for ekyc (In mid of february). According to him within a week the problem will be resolve, but nothing happened. He told kyc is not cleared by karvy. I called at karvy and cvl. They told they have cleared the kyc.
                          But why still i am not able to login my trading a/c. Icicdirect helpdesk is not responding now. Neither the bank branch is responding. I am now afraid of my investment and ill intention of icici. What to do.

                            Hi. Icici direct employee cheated with me. Actually i visited direct office in chinchwad due to some account related query. One of direct employee mr. Vikas singh fished & pulled me to take prepared brokerage plan. While giving plan he haven't told me about huge service tax amount. I told him that i am not regular trader, but he had some sweet words and told me we will refund all your amount in case request of refund from you. But they have deducted 4000 from amount and refunded me back remaining amount. I have raised several complaints on this case but not one is listening me. Hence requesting to be care full and don't go for icici direct. Use other options.

                                  There is an unspecified lien marked on my icici direct account since 18/10/17 worth rupees 1, 03, 000. Despite of consistently asking them with regards to the matter that why is there a lien, they are not specifying it. Ot is over one month and i am chasing them from here and there and am calling them and am mailing them but they are not responding.

                                    I've opened sb account with icici bank hosur branch during jan2006. During that time, my name on the account is mentioned as "nanthakumar" instead of "nandakumar".

                                    In all my government documents like pan card, driving license, aadhar etc., my name is mentioned correctly as "nandakumar'.

                                    I haven't bothered on this difference in spelling and continued the same. Later on opened the icici direct trading account. My name is continued as"nanthakumar" in their records as well.

                                    Recently, i've submitted address change request for icici direct trading account, which got rejected due to the difference in spelling. I wanted to change the address in icici direct very urgently, since i want to get the pran card for the nps account.

                                    Request help.

                                      I had an existing brokerage prepaid plan 75k from icici direct and i recharged another prepaid plan of 100k on 23 oct 2017 before exhaustion of my exiting prepaid plan 75k. As on 25 oct 2017, i had a balance amount of rs 575 in my prepaid 75k whereas my brokerage on 25 oct 2017 trade was much more than that.

                                      As my prepaid plan of 100k was in place before exhaustion of exiting prepaid plan 75k therefore the remaining amount of brokerage (After exhaustion from 75k plan) should be debited as per prepaid 100k plan not as per normal plan.

                                      I don t find any logic to activate the prepaid plan 100k from 26 oct 2017 instead of 25k oct when balance was not available in prepaid 75k plan.

                                      I have noticed that only an amount of rs 575 brokerage was calculated as per 75k plan and got credited in my bank account whereas balance amount of brokerage was charged as per normal plan.

                                      Based on calculation as per plan 75k the refund of brokerage would be rs[protected] which will be more than 2130 if calculated as per 100k plan.

                                      Request you to please refund the excess amount of brokerage which will be much more than rs 2130.

                                      Further i haven't received any policy or document from icici where it is stated that new plan will be activated next day even though it was recharged quire earlier before exhaustion. Icici team haven't shared the policy/documents yet after chasing more than 10 times.

                                        Icici bank provide demat account through icicidirect.com actually they provide it with your bank account opening kit.
                                        After that they force you through call, sms and letter to your postal address for please use trading account regular basis. It will beneficial for your wealth and growth. I complain many times but never get any reply.
