Hi, my mother, who was the joint holder in my demat account, passed away last year. Hence i was advised by icici direct to open a new demat account and get the holding transferred there. Since last '6 months', i have been trying to get the same done. I am a wealth client and the relationship manager (Rm) assigned to me was of no help at all. I have made n number of visits to the icici banks, icici direct offices, have had hours and hours of calls with direct customer care besides complaining icici managment several times. But till date, the work is incomplete. Just to add, the rm is not reachable since last many weeks. I hope that through this forum, i will get a quick resolution. Thanks
