Unit not allocated against deducted amount

Good Afternoon,

Please check thoroughly before responding.

My query against transaction AUTOPAY/HGAGP[protected]ICICPRU/MF/IPDR[protected] which is registered under ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund DP Growth not under MNC fund which reply I received from your side.

I registered a Monthly SIP for amount 2, 000(Balanced advantage and MNC Fund ) but as per record in my bank one more...

Received a call stating a life insurance premium of 50k was paid on 31st March 2014 and no subsequent payments were made which has got the insurance lapsed.
The lady said there were two options
1. Pay the premium for 5 years and encash by the end of the last premium or 2. to encash the current value(~1.85 lacs). I was required to make a payment of 2*50k after speaking to Mr. aditya Sharma([protected]) who will help me with the beneficiary details. He promised that the entire amount will be forwarded in 45 days time.

Multiple follow up calls received from the below number. Kindly warn

    This is regarding my complaint against ICICI bank and ICICI Prudential for forging my documents without my knowledge or understanding.

    1. I had applied for my home loan in 2022, and just before the day of disbursement I was threatened for life to take the policy of additional 2 lakhs on phone by one of the employees of ICICI. I had raised a formal complaint against that employee which was closed by the manager due to lack of his due diligence. My complaint will be there in their records and should be checked.
    2. The home loan officials forged my documents without my knowledge or consent and opted for NO as an option for transferring the loan to another bank in the future. As a woman I am shocked to know that these documents have been forged so I am unable to transfer my loan to any other bank in this lifetime.
    3. I have been making part payments for my loan which gets reflected within 5 days and according my EMI gets reduced for the following month. However since I have raised this complaint, I have been harassed by the bank and my EMI has not reduced as confirmed on app and still the old EMI has been calculated.
    4. The bank managers either do not pick up my phone or they respond saying we can’t help you?

          Below is a misleading response from customer care. Simple query was Swich out processed in two different dates i.e. 11-Aug-2022 and 12-Aug-2022 however Switch In processed in same date i.e. 18-Aug-2022! When asked, the response below and confirming that Switch has been processed as per rules / regulation. I am confused, it transpired to me that there NO delay in processing.             Complications in redeeming our money and customer care not ready to help

            Hi,

            So we got a mutual fund by ICICI years back.
            We wanted to redeem our money recently and updated all details online, except few issues
            1. The bank account linked to it is very old and not in service anymore. And it cannot be updated online easily.
            2. Moreover some of the dividends over past few years could also not be redeeemed by us due to same reason.

              This is regarding the Silver ETF initial application and allotment via ICICI Prudential Portal.

              No allotment is made yet; I have reached out to your helpdesk twice: 12/Jan/2022 @ 14:04 and 03/Feb/2022 @ 13:50 where I was suggested to write to [protected]@icicipruamc.com with details along with the link which was generated along with the application. Accordingly I have initiated and email with all the details on 03/Feb/2033 and a reminder seeking status on 09/Feb/2022 - no response yet.

              Need an explanation from ICICI Prudential AMC team what is happening.

              Please confirm whether the allotment will happen or not; if the allotment does not happen, they why did the portal provide the option to apply taking all sensitive data viz., DEMAT PAN and Bank details?

              It is expected that you at least acknowledge the complaint and let the complainant know the proceeds with transparency. Not responding to the queries reflects unprofessionalism.

                An amount of 5000 rs is being auto-debited from my savings ac/no[protected] every month 16-17th since Dec'21, for an MF. I wish to make it clear that I have never applied for any such MF, in fact, do not have any DEMAT account with ICICI. I tried multiple times calling customer care, but the process is long and unhelpful. Could be please stop this auto-debit and refund my money back, as I am not interested in any MF investment currently.

                    I have bought the gold mutual funds from Karvy few years ago.
                    When I tried to redeem it using Karvy portal it is giving error saying zero funds available for the foilio.
                    After which I have contacted ICICI pru. Who have told me to do the transaction using thier web portal, which is giving a vauge error saying "something went wrong". I have raised this issue mutliple times to ICICI using Email and customer care. They finally told me to go to office and fill out a form manually. Even after doing as instructed I have not got any confirmation of any kind on the redemtion of my fund. I'm in need of money but this issue is making me go round and round and waste my time and effort.
                    Very dissappointed with both Karvy and ICICI.

                    ICICI Pru customer care contacted me over phone and asked me to share certain documents, after which they solved the issue and I got my money back. Entire process took a little more than a week. Thanks for consumercomplaints for highlighting my complaint and getting it resolved.

                        As i taken folio in 2018 july 30th, as icicipru sip long term tak saving benefit. As completed 3 years locking period . But not allowing to reedeem all the units. As stopped paying after 20 months due to job loss of covid situation. Now they r asking to wait another 3 years. For taking my money y should wait another 3 years. Which does not make sense. Total fake commitment by the executive just to achieve there targets

                              Dear Sirs,

                              Refer subject above and my earlier mail to your registered email ID ([protected]@icicipruamc.com). The redeemed funds have not been credited to my bank account yet.

                              I should have had this amount in my bank account on 29 June'2021 like the ones i received for my Wife and daughter. My bank account is registered with ICICI PRU AMC and should have been directly credited.

                              Expect an immediate revert with details of fund redemption..

                                I am not able to redeem my units of Value fund series 19, due to very clever malfunctioning of the email & OTP messaging system of the ICICI prudential . Their timing is perfect, the customer receives all email messages correctly at the time of purchase of the units, but at the time of redemption none of their email messages / OTP delivery system works for you . They have their own methods to shift your matured close ended scheme funds to some other scheme, all WITHOUT YOU GIVING YOUR CONSENT for it. The absence of communication by the investor ( first of all the investor is not aware of their smart move ! ) to some obscure email that they have supposed to have sent to you ( delivery of which is again conveniently not there ), will entitle them to shift your closed ended scheme's maturity proceeds to some other scheme of their choice ?? What is SEBI doing to protect the investors against such giant frauds being conducted by the so called reputed companies ??

                                  I redeemed MF 9715641/25 on 15-Jun at 14:56 hrs. NAV was 14.65 on 15-Jun.
                                  Now ICICI gave me NAV value of 24-Jun which is 14.45 threreby giving me 10233/- less.

                                  Please honor my redemption date of 15-Jun and credit the 10233/- ASAP to my account.
