I have bought the gold mutual funds from
Karvy few years ago.
When I tried to redeem it using
Karvy portal it is giving error saying zero funds available for the foilio.
After which I have contacted
ICICI pru. Who have told me to do the transaction using thier web portal, which is giving a vauge error saying "something went wrong". I have raised this issue mutliple times to
ICICI using Email and customer care. They finally told me to go to office and fill out a form manually. Even after doing as instructed I have not got any confirmation of any kind on the redemtion of my fund. I'm in need of money but this issue is making me go round and round and waste my time and effort.
Very dissappointed with both
Karvy and
ICICI.

Complaint marked as Resolved ICICI Pru customer care contacted me over phone and asked me to share certain documents, after which they solved the issue and I got my money back. Entire process took a little more than a week. Thanks for consumercomplaints for highlighting my complaint and getting it resolved.
