We did international shipment to Canada via ICL local service in April 2021. From there story begin, ICL misplaced given address and shipment done with Other name ( not known who). No information till we ask for updates. Local Contact updated that ICL courier good with other sender name which attract custom charges. Local team updated not pay custom charges and keep on hold till further update from ICL. After all this story, We have not received any update from Local & ICL which makes us suffer in losing goods and return to india. ICL or Local contact did not update on shipment status. After multiple followup to customer care, we came to know shipment return to india and in clearence.
ICL and Local contact action as no responsibility and rude beheviour. ICL stating its all customer responsiblity to get updates. IS this kind of service being provided by ICL as it acting as internation courier and making people to suffer.
Still now, ICL and Local are blaming each other and make us suffer.
The statement made by ICL was shipment was send to destroy as unable to update KYC. We question ICL not sending any updates on shipement and even without customer acknowledge how they take self decisions.
Suprisingly i got a update from local team stating that Shipment return process and waiting for clearence.
Why this miscommunication between ICL and Local Contact. Whom to should to believe.
