The same thing happend. as i am applied for December attempt.
I made order for Economics and Commercial Law book on 22nd of July, 2017 not received the delivery of the book till now for the reason that my address at which the book has to be delivered is not correct for which i resend my updated address for the same on 16th August, 2017 through Anju, [protected]@icsi.edu.
As i was disappointed with the services of ICSI and arranged the book myself and for which i made request for cancellation of order and refund for the same on 13th September, 2017 and received the a Very late notification on 25th September, 2017 stating that" there is no such procedure of refund and we are sending you the book".

Sir, I have applied for CS executive(new syllabus) on April 2018 and my application status stands approved now. But still o have not yet received my study material. My exams are fast approaching for which I don't have proper material to prepare. My contact number is [protected]. I am in Coimbatore. I got registered for cs executive (new syllabus) on NOV 2020 and my application status stands approved now .But still i have not yet received my study material, have registered a complaint but no action has been taken .

I have registered for execitive program on 4th August 2021 and my application approved till now study material can't be dispatched I complaint on this regard no action can be take how can I prepare for exam without book
I have register on cs foundatiom on 30th march 17. Its being 3.5 months nd i hvnt get my study material. I applied for dec attempt. Thats why i need the books very much. I went to post office but non other imformation is provided. Thus i request yuh to check.
