I Aditi jagtap registered myself for CS Executive on 17th of December 2022, and still my study material for the same has not been received by me. I haven't even received any mail regarding books tho my registration was successful. This is really hampering my studies as it is not easy to read from the pdfs, kindly look into this matter, and solve my problem asap

I have registered for cs executive in June and haven't recieved study materials till now when I complained they said address was incomplete so it wasn't delivered.Then I emailed them address again but has no recieved a response.

I made upi transaction on 10th sep regarding my exam form fees amount 1450 but icsi is refusing and also i request them to provide me a statement of there respective bank but they refuse this too, i raised fraud at every possible platform that i can raise which are npci,
Icsi and gpay.

I have to appear for my exams on december and without the materils how am i supposed to prepare for the exams...? I made my request regarding cancellation of order for
Economics and commercial law book and refund for the same on 13th of
September, 2017 along with the relevant details of transaction and bank
Account but have not get any notification as to whether my transaction have
Cancelled or not and also not received any amount of refund for the same.

I had ordered a product red kurtis of rs 271 plus shipping charges 100 that comes to 371 rs. Order number 34151 on 15th sep 2017. But i have received one unstitched different product which is totally different from original product hence i requested them to return the product and refund the money back but they had not responded the call the number which was given to us. Request you to take action on this company or else they will keep fooling other people by giving them wrong products. The company is citizmarket based in punagam, surat.

I Lovish Kataria with reg. no.[protected]/02/2013 applied for exemption in executive exams in March 2017 for exams in June 2017 that has been cancelled. As per ICSI rules cancelled exemption amount is to be refunded to bank account which has not been done till now. I called ICSI toll free number they said it will be refunded to your account by 10th april 2017. Afterwords, I filled grievance in ICSI portal also but problem is not sorted out. Kindly help me in getting my exemption amount of Rs 1000 back.

Hii sir, i have registered CS Foundation form on 8th august 2016. I have not received the books still. Its wasting my time a lot. .Already it wasted a lot of time of mine. Im waiting from 15 days for the study material. This is the third time im complaining about the study material i haven't received. I request you to please look at the complaint. Had appeared for 3 module professional old syllabus, this was my last module left to became a CS but wen i saw my results I was completely shocked
I scored 71 in SM and only 34 in Tax I did not expect such low marks in tax as i attempted well for both my papers
I have decided to give my paper for rechecking and has asked for a answer sheet copy but the institute has a vry wired rules of rechecking they only recount the marks and check unchecked question; but my point is wat if the desired marks are not given for an properly attempted question
This days the results of CS are more on luck then on hard work
They forget that someone's career is at stake
Also now there is a switchover from old syllabus to new syllabus but the funniest part about it is SM subject is not Ther in new syllabus
Means Wer I have scored 71 in SM I can technically be eligible for exemption but the switchover dsnt have that and on top of that there are two additional subjects to it
Give me a simple answer of wat is the point of scoring 71 either you deduct the desired marks out of it and add to my tax paper so that I can clear the module you can't just play with our career and waste our time with all this rules

Sir/mam I've to do PDP training n already pay the three PDP fee but from two n half month no PDP organised in nirc, m not able to pay again PDP fee somewhere else and my training is going to be end . Or otherwise u sud allow the students to attend somewhere else on the same slip. I hope something will be done in this master.

Institute said that PDP Certificate provided in mail which i was already mention in attendence sheet but i am not get my PDP Certificate till. My all friend get their PDP Certificate.I already mailed to [protected]@icsi.edu and many others mail id from past 2 weeks but no revert will receive.It my humble request to you to help me to get my PDP certificate or my such mail forward to appropriate person by which i get my PDP certificate. The message says that my Username and Password will be sent on my mail id. However I did not receive any Username and Password on my mail. Dear sir/madam ICSI has fixed minimum stipend for 15 months training and also minimum working hours for 15 months training, but most of the company secretaries in practice follow the rule of minimum stipend but not minimum working hours. They pay less and make us to work for more than 9 hours a day and also work on Saturdays and in season time working hours is more than 10 hours a day. I agree that practical knowledge and learning is very important for the students and we should definitely learn everything during training period, but studying and preparing for exams are equally important, as we have to put efforts for clearing the modules and gaining knowledge.For those who do training and studies simultaneously, it's difficult for them to work for long hours. I request the institute to make some changes in the working hours of the training which would be flexible for both students and company secretaries in practice. Kindly consider my request as this problem is faced by many students. Thanking you.

i am not satisfied with checking done by your board mah answer sheets are with me kindly review it as i think they stopped me intentionally as i cleared ol mah exams but conditions are not cleared in true false no marks is given for true or false in theory they putted correct sign ol over but while awarding exams they awarded as per they think dats the not right way . so i request you to kindly review my answer sheets as soon as possible

Dear sir,

I sent Some Important documents to the authorities with the help of Speed Post from Sanath Nagar Post office. My SP-Pod is EN[protected]IN. It was booked on 17/092009 to The Director, The ICSI, NOIDA.

Surprisingly I havenot received any Acknowledgement regarding it until now. I have been facing severe mental tension because of your subordinates callous activities. And another interesting thing is I approached for the help of SPEED POST TRACKER and in that I found that my article was handed over on 24/09/09 (Note that I dont receive the acknowledgement for it). Later I approached the local authorities for giving the written complaint on it they have not respond properly.

Today after putting lot of efforts to trace my article I got a surprising result from your side as It is booked on so and so date but not traced. I hereby attaching it to bring to your notice of all the carelessness.

Sir I have only option to approach the Consumer Forum if the honorable authorities have not take care about my plea.
