IDBI Bank — Ach Rtn charges need to reversal

Myself Nayan Hiralal Patel. my account is at JNP Satellite Branch Ahmedabad.
Customer id is 78073297

I got the messages that there is Rs.590 debited from account in the name of my Ach Rtn Charges.

and that is also in multiple of 10-12 times in single without any prior information or email regarding the same.

why it's debited from account???

i haven't given any mandate for the same or even not issue any cheques. hence request you to kindly reverse the same and if any mandate and any cheques if you found than request you to STOP it.
