IDBI Bank — ACH-RTN-CHRG-[protected] charge levied by the bank.

Myself Manas Champanerkar, I've been maintaining my savings account in your bank for over 6years now. I've never been charged for any reason yet by the bank. I recently received the below message:
IDBI Bank A/C NN30950 debited INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-[protected] as of 20FEB 09:39 hrs.
I request refund of the subsequent amount asap.
