IDBI Bank — Amount debited but not credited to beneficiary account

As yeterday night i have done two transactions of 100000 each means total sum of 200000 transactional amount .
Amount is debited but not credited to the beneficiary account.
And IDBI bank refused to register the complain they are saying to wait transaction +1 day but next day is saturday and i need amount on urgent basis.
