IDBI Bank — atm cum debit card and pin related

Respected Sir /Ma'am have lost my debit card on 27.12.2014 I register a complaint about my debit card and my card was dispatched from bank on 29.12.2014 and i received card on 4.01.2015 and there is no information about pin when i will get it and went to bank regarding all this issues they are saying you have to wait more four or five days .and if you don't have cheque book you cant withdraw your money this kind of service you provide to costumers
