I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter concerning the non-issuance of a home loan insurance policy by IDBI Bank, despite deducting the insurance amount from my account since February 2022.
Upon discovering the issue, I promptly submitted a complaint to IDBI Bank. In response, the bank stated that the policy is provided by Ageas Federal Life Insurance. However, despite this clarification, Ageas Federal Life Insurance has failed to issue the insurance policy, leaving me without the coverage I am being charged for.
This situation is extremely concerning, as I have been consistently charged for an insurance policy that has not been provided. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter with IDBI Bank, as it is their responsibility to issue the policy.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the resolution of this matter. The primary objective is to obtain a refund for the insurance amount deducted from my account, as the service for which the amount is being charged has not been provided.
