IDBI Bank — debit of money from my account without informing charges applied to my saving account | |||
Sir/madam, i have saving account in idbi bank ending with 5948 of tilak chowk branch, kalyan west, thane, maharashtra. My saving account is since 2014 in your idbi bank and from past 2 years i have not maintained balance and i agree to cut the charges levied by bank of 118 rs. At early morning an amount was being credited into my account in my saving account rather as i needed it urgently due to lockdown but when the amount recieved in account after 2 mins i got msgs and my phone starts vibrating in msg tone. When i opened it, msg was being recieving of debit amount of rs 590 over 6 times and other charges too. My balance is now only 520/- rs. Seriously? I don't even recieved e-mail or home letter regarding bank has applied charges for my account. And in this touch lockdown i urgently need money and idbi debited all my money in this crisis. I believed so much in idbi that i use to refer others. What should i do now? Even i called customer care they are not attending ivr since 12 mins+ and ended by asking mobile number that they will call you and still haven't call has been recieved. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible 🙏🏼 i need money on urgent requirement. Was this information helpful? | |||
