Myself, bibek thakur ([protected]), having salary account in idbi, salt lake secor-5 the worst ever bank.
All transaction regarding nft/imps/mobile banking facilities declined from 01.04.2020 to till date. Action taken by me-
1. I have called several times to customer care but no response found.
2. I have called my home brance. They said let me see but till date no progess and now they are not picking calls.
3. I have given written complains to e-mail 3 times. After each mail they mail back to me that problem has been resolved but not actually.
Now in this lockdown situation i am totally helpless as i cant do any digital payment as it is my salary account. Was this information helpful? |
