IDBI Bank — error in creating login id and password of net banking

I am not able to create my online net banking user id and password.. It is showing me an error named "invalid input data" i don't know why i am getting this kind of error i checked in all browsers and pc also then also i am getting the same kind of error.. Please take my complaint seriously it has been 2 months i am trying to resolve the matter even bank manager is unable to do any this. Resolve it quickly.
