Dear sirs,
We regret to inform you that our account has been freezed since 31.10.2018 without any intimation either from your bank or your head offices. Upon checking they have informed that top management from bank (May be e. D) has taken this decision without bothering to inform to customers/yr branch. As per your branch, they had contacted relevant authorities only after receiving complaints from customer and now
They have been instructed to collect kyc documents again (Repeated documents which is with bank).
Further, being a corporate customs, we have kept good amount with your bank for our business purposes with great faith on your bank.
Since we have no choice we are again submitting the documents as demanded by your bank for restore the account.
Please note, we are very very unhappy for this type of attitude of bank and taking up matter to our top management for their further action.
