IDBI Bank — Home loan documents not provided for switch to another bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a home with the help of IDBI Bank RAC Kolkata. My home loan ac are as under [protected] and top up loan ac no. [protected]. Now I wish to switch the same loan to another bank and in this regard, I have made a request to IDBI Bank in the month of Mar 2017 as per details mentioned below :-

(a) NOC from Builder/Promoter FVG IDBI Bank dated 02/10/2010
(b) Payment Receipt Nos 3
(c) Sale agreement FVG SRR Mrishwri dted 0/0/200
(d) Indenture of Sale No 7682 dted 2/10/2010 FVG SRR Marishwri
(e) Complete Property File (PHOTO COPY)

Kindly direct the IDBI Bank RAC Kolkata for for transfer of photocopy of above documents.
