IDBI Bank — home loan interest rate not revised | |||
I have availed home loan from idbi bank. The rbi has reduced the repo rate multiple times in 2019, but even after this reduction of interest by rbi, idbi has not revised its home loan interest. There is not reduction either to my loan interest rate or in emi. When i approached the bank there was no response from the bank. My loan account number is [protected]. Today I apply for Gold Loan in IDBI bank(Anna Nagar). they told Amount can be transferred within 2 hrs but till now they are not credited to my account but bank employee no response when I called.
Please kindly look into the issue and resolve it ASAP.
