[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — Home loan issues - no reply from IDBI Bank

Availed a home loan with Account number [protected] with customer id 78554148. Foreclosed the loan by paying outstanding amount of 54000/- with a cheque of 55200/- with HDFC cq number 000109 on 21st Sep at IDBI Pune- kharadi branch. The amount has been debited on 25th Sep but there is no status update. It is still showing as overflow amount and has not been settled. I have sent repeated mail to [protected]@idbi.co.in, [protected]@idbi.co.in bu there is no acknowedgement. I had called rac @ [protected]/[protected] but the no had picked up. Neither there is any mail nor a phone call.

Let me know as to where shall i knock to get some favourable answer
