I want to close my home loan account.
So i have issued cheque for prepayment on 17/8/2017 but never credited on my account so i suspect somebody misused the amount. Because i have called customer service and drop email no proper response for this issue.
10/10/2017 got statement and was shocked until now the amount never credited. I have called and ask the customer service but no proper response.
11/10/2017 the amount was credited my account but still now the never do the proper reversal of all interest.

So that in future it will not happened this kind of issue.
