IDBI Bank — Idbi home loan are cheaters..

My home loan no hf202900 was miscalculated and despite revision of home loan rate my home loan was wrongly calculated by idbi at 10.15 % despite rate had fallen to 9 % in 2016-17

i found this error in 2017; and it took me 20 visits, 10000 calls and 100 emails to get the change and error reversed in my account;

moreover the builder demand was paid twice resulting in wrong calculations and repeated harassment by idbi bank..

I will never take idbi home loan again and advise customers to stay away from idbi bank;
