Sir /madam,
I had issued a cheque of sbi to a party who was holding account an account in your bank at kanhangad branch, when the party went to bank and asked y the cheque was not cleared the employee in your bank said that there was no cash in my account, the cheque came to my account for clearing only today, how was the employee of your bank said there was no cash in my account.
The actual problem was your employees had not presented the cheque and they are giving false information to the customers which is affecting our integrity.
