I transferred 2 lakh from my IDBI account using IMPS through mobile app to HDFC Bank account today on 21st May. Even though app said transaction failed, still money got deducted from my account and did not get credited in target account also.
Now money is not available with me for further use. Requesting to help on this to get money back to my account ASAP.
Such incidents has happened in past also for many users. Please force bank to take corrective actions to prevent it further for other users also. Was this information helpful? |
