IDBI Bank — my customer id was deleted

Dear sir/madam,
My customer id was deleted for more than 6 month, i am an nro living in other country last january i went to india i visit my home branch and write the complaint letter about my customer id deleted, but still not yet resolved. I have done 3 times but still not yet taking care of it.

Now i have resisted the complain in customer my complaint number 044/25497598. I have been following this complain for more than a month still no response.

I was totally upset there is a small issue not yet taking care of
