IDBI Bank — Not Reverting the amount

I have transferred money 45000/- on 05/10/15 through neft funds transfer using net banking to acc:[protected](sbi acc. no.) by using ifsc code:SBIN0013327.

Here, by mistake the account number was in correctly entered which is not matching with ifsc code and name, even though the money got transferred successfully to the incorrect(which is not intend to transfer) account number.

Regarding this issue immediately once the neft transaction was placed i have contacted the idbi customer care, they confirmed that due to ifsc and acc no mismatch the transaction cannot be successfull, But however the transaction got success and money deducted from my account. Again i have contacted the idbi customer care and informed about this successfull transaction.

I got the fund reversal form from rbi settlement report, Based on the idbi customer care suggestion i have contacted my home branch in person and given written complaint along with fund reversal form, Although i haven't received any help even after multiple follow ups in person as well as through email. So finally i have reached rbi ombudsman and lodged the complaint-[protected] with all details but still my issue is unresolved since 18 months.

I have continuously followed up in person with branch from past 18 months with lot of time and transportation efforts, On same issue during my recent visit to idbi home branch, surprisingly the corresponding staff is asking for the fresh written complaint.

Please help to resolve my issue to refund my amount and to make justice for all my efforts from past 18 months.
