IDBI Bank — online transaction charges

Hello,

I have savings account on respective idbi bank, but they changing their policy every time and making us debit for same at the time of account opening there was no charges for minimum balance it was 0 balance account but after 5 years they changed the policy and makes charges for non mab, now they again change the policy now they charging us for online transaction if the online transfer is chargeable then what is the meaning of online banking, please help us all for same

each and every customer facing the same issue. RBI should regulate and warn the banks otherwise as a customer we always struggle
