Payment error - page not found
Payment method - idbi bank net banking
I did payment while netbanking payment failed and money was deduct by bank and after that i made payment again by other account of my other bank that payment was success
But 1 st payment fail did not refund my money

In short i paid 2 time 3008.05rs x 2 = 6016.1rs
I did complaint to bank but they did not refund my money

Please help me

But What Should I Do I Am Trying To Contact YCMOU Customer Support there number unreachable
and also bank didnt refunded my money

where is 3008.5rs ???????
WHY THEY SETTLED ???

MY MONEY NEVER COME BACK I AM GONNA CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

I have a saving bank account in IDBI bank Lucknow, it was on zero balance for last 18 month, now when I transferred Rs 10000 in my account, they deducted Rs. 5000. And bank never sends me any msg, any mail or any letter that my account is in minus.
Please look in to this and I want my money back.
