IDBI Bank — regarding password of net banking

Sir, I had opened two savings account in your sec-16 faridabad branch in october 2014. At the time of opening account i had applied for net banking but till now i hadn't got my password. When i visited your sec-16 branch, the staff makes foolish accuses like right now server down etc... I am just drawing your attention towards this and please look into the matter as soon as possible.
