IDBI Bank — SB Account Opening Concern

Hi, I gave Request to open an SB account in your bank. And now its almost 10 days I don't recd cheque book & debit card, even the account no. Has been not generated... wheat's going on now i believe i made a mistake that i opened an account in your bank.. i was called on customer care still not satisfactory answer from them.. plz look into this and do the needful ASAP.
