Sir, twenty thousand rupees were withdrawn fraudulently from my atm card in two steps on 11/05/17, i had registered a complaint in the concerned police station and the branch with which i am holding my savings bank account but despite the complaint there was no response from the bank it is almost 3 months since the fraud happened with me i am a physical handicapped senior citizen so please help me, i am attaching the photos of my s.
