IDBI Bank — unblocking my debit card

Sir yesterday i went to idbi bank for changing my mobile no. And also for updating my email id and yesterday i have also generated a new pin for my atm card. But today when i was paying the fees for my application form. For two to three times my transaction failed. And on 4th time it displayed your card has been blocked.
