I am filing this complaint regarding repeated KYC letters being sent to my mother at our residential address, even though she does not have and has never had an account with this bank.
The letters request submission of KYC documents and mention a Customer ID (starting with[protected]. However, my mother is not a customer of the bank and has never opened any account.
This raises serious concerns regarding:
Incorrect data records
Possible misuse of personal information
Harassment due to repeated letters
Potential identity error or system mistake
We request immediate verification of records and written confirmation that:
No account exists in her name.
Her address is removed from your system.
The mentioned Customer ID is investigated for incorrect linkage.
