IDBI Bank — worst home loan service

I have a home loan account in idbi bank. The service of the bank is worst. After requesting many times still they have not started my emi. Even they deducted same amount twice from my account in a single day whereas they paid to the builder once. They are completely irresponsible. This created extra harassment to me. They are not communicating properly. I have submitted all of my contact details but i am not getting any information over phone and/or email. Please don't go for idbi homeloan, they are simply worthless.

My account is with your Bikaner Branch. Ac No. is [protected]. On 16.2.19 Rs. 17.70 deducted toward SMS Charges & then again on 11.4.19. I neither demanded to send the same nor I have rec'd any SMS yet. Plese stop such charges and refund the amount deducted so far.
