Idc Technologies Solutions India — I did not receive my experience and relieving letter

I joing company on 24th sep 2018, i was deputed at client location wipro which was 35 km away from home. I joined and did not like the project as it was not technical and i am from technical background so i resigned company and my lwd was 30th nov. I have served 10 days of notice period and remaining days i could not attend office (35 km) due to pregnancy, submitted medical certificate. Till today i have not received experience and reliving letter.

I N N S Mahendra joined TCS under the payroll of IDC TECHNOLOGIES on July 12th 2022 and they released from the project on Nov 22nd 2022 without any official notice.

I received an email from IDC TECHNOLOGIES to submit my laptop. I travelled all the way from Vizag to Hyderabad to submit my laptop, but after going there IDC TECHNOLOGIES was permanently closed in Hyderabad location. I even went to TCS office to submit the laptop but they refused.

They didn't gave my relieving and experience till now, I don't even have any contact number of IDC TECHNOLOGIES. They are not responding to my emails.

I was not able to join other company because of not getting reliving letter.

Kindly help.

They didn't even paying my notice period salary, they released me without any notice.
