Ide Enterprises — IFB washing machine repair fraud

Last month(September) our old washing machine IFB had an issue and did not work, so called up an IFB service center number which was available on internet when searched for IFB service and booked for the service, location Ambattur, a guy named Ranjith came 19th sep 2022 and checked informed it's problems with the board and needed to replaced as we wanted to fix the issue, we agreed with 8000 board with 2yr warranty with the new board, all these happened on 19/09/2022, we paid as he mentioned only after full payment we can replace it by placing order to get the board from manufacturer unit and got a bill (receipt) too, stating the board will be replaced in another 3days ... Since then we are trying to reach that service dept, they do not respond properly too, they say " it's old model unable to get the board will try to check near and thr and will keep will you back ", its almost a month now they not responding if called multiple times the respond saying we will try to get or will refund but nothing happened yet.
Please IFB team kindly check on this and help us, we really love the product hence wanted to use the same, but the service center from korattur horrible service and kindly get us our money back .also kindly look into this people spoiling the brand name .
Would like to mention those name who is ignoring to respond and get support for the money paid
Ranjith - technician who visited and got money from us. Apperance like a student.
Deepika the one who picks phone - always says wil call back and never replied for the query.when tried calling several times not responding.
Manager senthil Kumar - initially he said looking for the machine placed order. Later when called to his number says wrong number.

If govt watching this kindly help public out of this scamming people .
