I got the IDE enterprises number from website. The website mentioned like IFB serviced partner. We had called them for repair in Nov 2021 as the spin cycle was not working. The technician numbers 'Vinoth[protected]' & 'Raghu[protected]' came and done the service and also requested to add the AMC for two years. So i paid the amount Rs.9500 for adding the AMC.
Now again the machine spin cycle is not working. I unable to reach the IDE phone numbers. So i called to Raghu, he simply said: you can raise the police complaint. I have my original bill, but always no response from the cheating person. Waste of Money. How to Proceed.

This shop and it's owners are a sham. We had called them for repair in Dec 2022 as the spin cycle was not working. The technician Mr. Ranjith took the spin motor and repaired it for 6000/- and saud if you pay an extra 2000/- this will include an AMC charge for 2 years and will come for regular check up of the machine. Now again our washing machine is not rotating and we called them. For the past one week we have been calling and reminding them yet they neither have a proper answer nor the technician to repair it. Then why have a shop and get money from people if you don't have the resources for handling the customers.

I had a complaint regarding the door lock and tried calling the IFB tool-free number and booked a ticket about the complaint.

A person with an IFB uniform came for service and informed machine drum got a problem need to replace the drum and need to change the keyboard as well for the issue.

He said if both are done it will cost higher instead if we put AMC for rs. 10800 the drum and keyboard would be rectified within the AMC cost and would be valid for 2 years.

Based on the same we paid and the problem is also rectified but after 1.5 years again the same set of problems came and requested the IFB team to assign a technician to rectify it which we believed could be covered in the current AMC package.

But told the person who came from IFB gave a huge shock that, this is not our authorized service centre that this AMC would not be valid and need to pay again.

Request to accept this complain do the best to rectify this kind of cheating activities happening across the city and refund the amount if possible.

I have called them for IFB washing machine service but they told they are from IFB authorised dealer. They told drum got broken and should be replaced but it cannot be made in home, we need to do in company but they did not bring new drum in the next visit they just washed my drum and replaced the same but they charged 11000 since they replaced new drum.
We fought for that but they told service warranty for 1 year is there and they can replace if needed. Again board problem came the same story continued
They won't pick up the call and no proper planning sometimes they will scold the customer
Very bad business and fully fraud.

Last month(September) our old washing machine IFB had an issue and did not work, so called up an IFB service center number which was available on internet when searched for IFB service and booked for the service, location Ambattur, a guy named Ranjith came 19th sep 2022 and checked informed it's problems with the board and needed to replaced as we wanted to fix the issue, we agreed with 8000 board with 2yr warranty with the new board, all...

I called ifb official site and called toll free number for service.A person came and inspected the washing machine and said suspension and switch need to be changed.then he quoted 3000 rs of which 2000 has to be paid in advance.since I need a speedy repair I paid 2000 and he said he will come next day.Then I asked a friend to know about the cost and he said suspension costs 450 only but the enterprise charged 2500.Then I called them and asked to cancel the service.They were reluctant at first and then said service was cancelled and money will be refunded.But money was due almost for 20 days.I called them daily and on a daily basis they assured me to return the money but they didn't.aI even went in person but the address were nowhere to be found.I think they're frauds.

Ide enterprises are is authorised ifb service centre. They cheat us saying they are authorised and push us for AMC. They charges 3800 for drain pump and 1800 for suspension and pushed us to pay 10800 for AMC for 2 years. They promised free service for every 3 months. However, they did not turn up for any service. I had called them for an issue. No one showed up and then realised that they are not authorised and are fraudulent. Their amc charge is way too high, rate of parts are multifold. Iam waiting one month for my machine to be serviced but they are too rude and unresponsive. I finally asked them to refund the money and no answer as well. Manager Mr. Kumar has stopped attending my calls. Please beware of this fraudulent agency. Iam still fighting for full refund. They have caused mental agony. I will take it up legally as well to get justice.

A technician came and insisted on AMC and took Rs. 10000 on 12th July 22. But they could not repair. So we asked for refund. The technician misguided us and took money for AMC. Now the manager never lifts the phone neither he responds. The other staff have no power. We made many calls but in vein. We don't know how to get back money

Was cheated by the technician saying Timer, valve and suspension needs to be replaced

The parts provided are duplicate and low quality. Rs 6200 bill was charged

Technician broke a sensor when trying to repair. The machine is not working and I am not getting any response or reply from the company

Ide enterterprise is completely fraud service center, we asked for washing machine service and we paid amount but while asking staff was too rude and not answering our call properly and they stopped the service with out any proper information and mapunt was not repaid back to us while asking this the girl who is sitting in enterprises was too rude unprofessional and there was no other person in enterprises they are saying manager will come to ofc at 5pm only, I want my amount back I paid 2000rs kindly take action against this IDE enterprises and ask them to repay my money

I am Hari from Thiruvanmiyur, chennai. I had called Siemens service center for a repair work in my Siemens washin machine. They promptly came in 1 hour and said they have todo board service and valve change and it would cost 6800₹. We agreed after checking his Id and gave him advance of 3500 with 5he promise of returning the board and fixing the machine within a day.
But after that the technician is not picking up call and the office is not replying properly.
They said the board is not ready yet and will fix it next day, we said ok.

After 3 days they are still not coming to fix the 2ashing machine citing it is holiday today declared only yesterday evening at 5pm. No one replied in Ide enterprises properly, very incompetent service.

Siemens is cheating the customers with a incompetent service franchise like IDE franchise.

I am yet to receive any reply from them.

I am Manikandan Sanjive and a resident of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I own
Elina Aqua SX 6 kg washing machine of IFB.

I would like to report an incident of mis-selling and cheating of one
of duplicate franchise of IFB. toll free number for some repair services for my washing machine and people from IDE Enterprises turned up saying they are authorised franchise.

They inspected the washing machine and said, water sensor, machine
front door and suspension have to be changed. They indicated that,
suspension would cost Rs 2, 500/- and water sensor would cost Rs
1, 500/-. In total, the repair charges would come around Rs. 8, 500/- .
They suggested to take AMC package costing Rs 10, 800/- instead of
repairing each part separately as it covers the cost of machine parts
for 2 years and we agreed.

Since, we were suspicious of higher charges quoted by IDE Enterprises,
we checked the prices of water sensor, suspension etc. online. In
addition, we spoke to our known technicians. Later, we found the
following:

1) Market rate of Water sensor is Rs 500-600. However, the
technicians from IDE Enterprises had quoted Rs 1, 500

2) Market rate of Suspension is Rs 1500. However, the technicians from
IDE Enterprises had quoted Rs 2, 500.

3) AMC charges collected by IDE Enterprises is Rs 10, 800. This is way
too higher than the AMC charges shown in IFB website (~ Rs 5000).

From the above, it is amply clear that IDE Enterprises intentionally
inflated the prices of spare parts to make me buy the AMC package.
Also, IDE Enterprises collected double the AMC charges quoted on IFB
website.

This tantamounts to mis-selling and cheating. When enquired with IFB, they said, IDE enterprises is not their authorised partner.

Request to look into the issue and refund the excess charges collected
from me. I don’t want AMC. Pls charge for the spares and services
correctly and bill me.
