I got the IDE enterprises number from website. The website mentioned like IFB serviced partner. We had called them for repair in Nov 2021 as the spin cycle was not working. The technician numbers 'Vinoth[protected]' & 'Raghu[protected]' came and done the service and also requested to add the AMC for two years. So i paid the amount Rs.9500 for adding the AMC.

This shop and it's owners are a sham. We had called them for repair in Dec 2022 as the spin cycle was not working. The technician Mr. Ranjith took the spin motor and repaired it for 6000/- and saud if you pay an extra 2000/- this will include an AMC charge for 2 years and will come for regular check up of the machine. Now again our washing machine is not rotating and we called them. For the past one week we have been calling and reminding...

I had a complaint regarding the door lock and tried calling the IFB tool-free number and booked a ticket about the complaint.

A person with an IFB uniform came for service and informed machine drum got a problem need to replace the drum and need to change the keyboard as well for the issue.

He said if both are done it will cost higher instead if we put AMC for rs. 10800 the drum and keyboard would be rectified...

I have called them for IFB washing machine service but they told they are from IFB authorised dealer. I am Hari from Thiruvanmiyur, chennai. I had called Siemens service center for a repair work in my Siemens washin machine.
