Idea Lab India — Misplace the sample or don't provide test report

We admitted our baby child in hospital on 4.11.20211 at 2am they took the blood sample of baby. But till now on 5.11.2021 they don't provide any blood test report of our child. When you ask at sample collection desk they said go for lab, when you ask at lab they send you at lab desk. And in last if they don't have answer said the sample was missing or not received. And the behaviour of staff was so rude, so please do your work properly handle your samples and if your are unable to do so then just advice us to go for private lab
