iDea Lab (India) — Very slow 3g speed

I was using ideas 3g night rs. 46 data pack... But when i started to use it was too slow max 35-40. Kb/s... I ask customer support officer three times even after that my problem.. still continued... My momey and my time has been wasted by idea companys data pack. Pls solve my issue and get me help in refinding of my money

Bad service by idea 3g and it is totally a case. Of fraud.. i'm so frustrates.. I became worried whole night due to the filthy speed of idea. 3g internet so called...
