Dear Sir/Madam,

I joined idemia in 2017 where senior software engineer MANISH PANDEY destroyed my personal and professional life he trapped me in fake promise of love and marriage and ditched me very badly in 2018 & defamed me in whole office and due to him MANAGER RISHI YADAV Fired me from technical support job by making false performance report & blackmailed threatened me to resign & write a letter stating " I am resigning myself" on 14 MAY 2018. We met HR Head multiple times who gave me false hope of returning my job in same office but nothing happened.
We filed a complaint for MANISH PANDEY IN 2019 October in 12/22 NOIDA where Manish father threatened me & my mother to take our complaint back otherwise they will do CROSS FIR & it will spoil our careers. They even done settlement with Senior & junior official.
manish promised me and gave me a written note stating that we will fix all things in next few months.

After that i was having no contact with company & Manish for 1 year till now from june 2021 Manish pandey is sending office drivers, office boy & his other colleagues from same company to abuse & contact me.
We had a meeting with INTERNAL COMMITEE OFFICER JYOTSNA KAPOOR who directly told she is not responsible for any kind of harresment at workplace by seniors and also HR HEAD SUDHIR MISHRA is continuesly giving GREED to all police officers of NOIDA wherever we have given our statements no response came till now since he is defaming me unnecessarily outside and is covering the mistakes of MANISH PANDEY & making us believe in there lies that none of the criminals are working in IDEMIA now . HE IS Stopping us to meet president of company & also hiding MANISH PANDEY from meeting us i have proof he is working there only.

HR HEAD is not helping us in solving our case protecting MANISH from police everytime & playing with innocent girls badly. MISUING there senior powers.

I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME ON PRIORITY & help me & my mother to meet president of idemia Matthew Foxton on priority and also take legal action on MANISH PANDEY & RISHI YADAV TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER & HR HEAD & PRESIDING OFFICER OF INTERNAL COMMITEE JYOTSNA KAPOOR.
