Dear Sir,

I used to work with Idemia company from 2017 May to June 2018 where Senior software technical lead "Manish pandey" Destroyed my personal life by trapping me & when I Exploited him Manager supported him told me to keep my mouth shut & made fake performance report fired me.
We took our complaint back in year 2019 october 12/22 chowki Noida on request of manish father who treathened us they will do cross fir & manish gave me a written note to assure he will sort out things later on..
From June 2021 onwards they are sending office drivers, office boy & other colleagues & HR of the company to collect my resume /CV information &* are defaming me in cross checking everywhere. They snatched my new job also in February 2022..
HR Head sudhir mishra is giving greed to all police officers of Noida no body is ready to take any action on Culprit MANISH PANDEY who is playing game internally from starting misusing his position & telling to police that i am mentally disturbed & defaming me unnecessarily.

They are even not allowing me & my mother to meet the president of Noida Idemia & HR HEAD SUDHIR MISHRA is hiding culrpit Manish Pandey inside company supporting him on basied basis & also IPS Vrinda shukla has created a negative report without taking my justification behind us.. ACP Sector 49 Susheel kumar insulted my mother & me told you should reside in some village since nowadays its very common to "TOUCH the girls inside company " ..its there company there wish if they want to defame you in cross checking of jobs or in front of anyone..

With a very pained heart i am kindly requesting you to take strict action immediately on MANISH PANDEY & HR HEAD SUDHIR MISHRA FOR THERE WRONG DEEDS WITH INNOCENT GIRLS..TEACH THEM A LESSON PLEASE HELP.

I joined this organization on june 2017 as technical support executive one senior software engineer was behind me made a love proposal to me that i only love u in whole office and invited me to movies 7 times in which he always started making a pysical relationship with me can i kiss you touch you hold ur hands he made so many love promises and about love marriage, i told my parents everything from starting.. After 6 months he suddenly told me i am very sorry for whatever i had done with you rashmi, please either beat me or send me to jail.. It's your wish for doing wrong.. I asked the reason but he always hided why he played me in whole office... I in anger posted all photograph & whole matter on facebook on february 2018 which each employee saw & manager rishi yadav called me suddenly with lady hr ayesha ganguly who both asked me truth rashmi tell us what manish had done with you i showed all the messages to hr from manish, & she started blackmailing me that you will not tell anything to his relatives or family whatever manish had done wrong with you & asked me to remove all the post on facebook, otherwise they told me we will terminate or blacklist you.. If you don't leave manish.. On personal basis.. I wrote one email to manager on saying of my father that i will stay silent in company but manish is my boyfriend he touched me so i can't leave him so after that i was working quietly for three months, in which my team members started harresing me mentally tortured me what is going on with manish, they daily took updates personally & was telling negative to my manager, team members anil paridha & ritu sharma started the whole trap from starting she told me we will settle your home with manish we will help in your marriage he is very good guy rashmi... They were disturbing me a lot daily on my work.. Manager rishi yadav also told me many times rashmi when will you marry kindly let us know on interview day in starting... And after three months of work.. Silently rishi called me again & snatched my id card & told me resign & wrote a letter according to them in which they told me to write one line "i am resignining myself not forcefully" hr lady blackmailed me a lot & does not took any action for firing the wrong guy manish pandey who is still playing with girls in same company, hr ayesha told my mother i have forcefully fired your daughter under pressure of manager rishi yadav...& they already knew that manish is a bad guy... Since them i am unemployed present at home... And in big tension..
My mother & me met mr sudhir mishra head of hr 7 times who called us & promised to help but they didn't took any action on manish pandey & didn't provide me job back over there that was snatched by wrong way...
They also started blackmailing my parents at home we will do legal action on you if you open your mouth on facebook or anywhere... On saying of manager rishi yadav he made a wrong report for my work..

I kindly hold my hands & request you to please fire manish pandey senior software engineer & manager rishi yadav & hr lady ayesha ganguly from company for doing wrong things with innocent gals... Destroyed my personal as well professional life unnecessary

& provide my job back in same company...

Its my kind request fire them please :' (Since both guy & manager has destroyed my image & said everyone negative in company that i am mad & pyscho so that they can save themselves...
