[Resolved]  Identity Theft — d2h account created using my credentials

A videocon d2h account has been created using my credentials without my consent using an incorrect /incomplete name as well as address. This account was activated today (5 may 2019) with the

Customer id[protected],
Name - monisha monisha,
Address-# 12/3 3 rd cross 1 main, bangalore.

I am sure they would have my id proof and want a confirmation all that has been confirmed discarded and will not use any of my personal details
