[Resolved] IDFC Bank — account open and activation | |||
Hi dear, I have raised a account open request on 30 aug, then executive come at my home on 3rd september and saying that tab is not working and carry document and assure account will open within 24 hours. Luckly after a lot of followup account open after 7 days later on 9th sep in freezed state. I again complain on 11 sep they raised a request for account unfreeze even already they created tickets prior and told me in 24 hours you will get resolution. Today 13 sep again i call to customer care saying that again i will create a ticket and in 24 hours it will resolve. I asked what happen with ticket raised on 11set at 12pm he is saying after 24 hours it resolve. I again ask it's already passed 24 hours then he say after 24-48 48 hours. Again i say 48 also already passed then he say in terms of idfc bank 48 hours means eod (Special calender).. Lol.. I say why i need follow up for account open then unfreeze he is speech less and trying to say we are on time to account open. Greate bank after 15 days still account is freezed and saying we are in timeline. Hahahhahah. Realy amazing. Very very poor customer support, never take any action on ticket zero management... Nothing in bank. I asked process to close account still waiting for response specially please never try to open account from nsp branch. Very poor management seems there is no manager assigned in this branch or manager take any risvat from other bank so not interested to grow bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
