EMI charges applied to my credit card for a Flipkart transaction that was cancelled and fully refunded.
To my surprise, after paying three EMIs already, I have now been asked to pay an additional ₹11, 000+ as a foreclosure charge. This is extremely concerning and seems entirely unjustified, as I have not received any goods or services against this transaction.
I have miss guided by the IDFC bank professional by assuring the personal loan at lowest interest rate of 10.49% in Aug. 2024. I trusted them and neglected the other bank offer @11.25%.
Initially got a loan sanction of 8, 49, 122 with interest rate @12.50%. with account number[protected]
At the same time, I have checked with the IDFC bank professional regarding higher rate of interest rate, they told it is soft...

Had done an imps transfer from my idfc account to sbi account on 22/04/2025 of an amount of 22, 734/- and 2, 000/- with the transaction reference number [[protected] and[protected]]
But same has not credited in my sbi account number...

They advised me to reinvest the monthly payouts of Rs. 6, 000 in Mutual Funds through SIP’s. I am receiving the payouts from HDFC allright, but IDFC First Bank have not been able to invest my funds in SIP’s. It’s three months now, I really don’t know what they are doing.

There are utility charges of 1999 dated 24 nov 2024 on credit card, kind request to waive of charges, was. done the transaction by mistake without knowing that this transaction attract utility, please waive of these charges as u can see I am a Promot payer of outstanding bills. Will see next time it won't happen.

Dear ALL,
I am writing this mail to you in utter frustration and disappointment from IDFC management side after we have repeatedly complained about the torture an collection executive has given us till now. We have lodged complaint with IDFC customer complaint last month regarding collection executive Prakash ([protected]) and Dilipan([protected]) who has been literally tormenting us asking for money which they have paid as dues on behalf o[censored]s for our loan account number 96544743. Both of them have paid our loan due for the past two months (Feb and March 2024) without getting our consent or permission and now they are asking to repay the money to them which is unacceptable.
Already we raised the online complaint in the IDFC customer support - Service Request no [protected].
Also now Prakash has lodged a police complaint against us for repaying the amount and asking us to show the bike to them which in no way we can do. Also he has complained that I showed him a knife when he came home which never happened. We want you to take sivere action against these two persons immediately, failing which we will take legal action against the IDFC bank concerned branch with effect .
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I have been following up with IDFC First Bank to get the refund of balance amt in INR-1010 related to fastag closure since 14-Apr-24. But they are delaying and asking to provide same information multiple times via email. Even I have share such information (Voter id card, cancel cheque, fastag closure consent letter with signature, reason of fast tag closure, bank details and fastag trash images) twice/thrice via email but still they are delaying and wasting my time a lot. I request you to please help me to get the refund amt Asap. Thanks for the kind support.

I want to open my FamPay account but when i logged into my account someone else was registered with that account so i emailed Fampay at mail id [protected]@fampay.com, in which they replied after 2 days, and i asked them to reset my account if it is possibe so i can edit the details and type name in the app or if it is not possible it is requested to please delete my account but they are not doing anyone of the things and i mail litreally mailing them thousands of time but they are not replying to the mails and they do not have the contact no so that i can contact the fampay support, This is not accepted i want my issue to be resolved at earliest.
