IDFC First Bank
Parel, Mumbai Branch.
They had sold me HDFC Life Insurance, annual premium being Rs. 2, 09, 000.
They advised me to reinvest the monthly payouts of Rs. 6, 000 in Mutual Funds through SIP’s. I am receiving the payouts from HDFC allright, but IDFC First Bank have not been able to invest my funds in SIP’s. It’s three months now, I really don’t know what they are doing.
It makes me think that the BM and his deputies do not know their job and I am the loser. They say KYC is not done, but I provided them with my PAN Card, AADHAR Card, Photo and what not! But Alas! For the last 3 (THREE) months, they have not been able find out where the problem is or what the problem is! Only when they identify the problem can it be remedied! The Branch is full of inefficient and incompetent staff. And I am a sufferer!
IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
