Harassment complaint for repeated unwanted loan marketing calls

I took a loan from Idfc first bank nearly 1 year ago. I paid the full amount on time. But after that main problem started. I am getting multiple calls regarding loan which I am not interested. We informed the agend to remove my number your you side but still remain the same. After requesting this still they are requesting me to take the loan, how shameless are they? Is is a good company policy? Calling again and again. It has been 1 month...

Personal loan

Past few months back, got call from idfc for personal loan, initially I thought of taking it, but then due to personal reasons I did not take it.
After explaining clearly, still getting many calls regarding that application.
Customer care representative forcing me to take the loan saying I accepted it verbally....

Getting EMI reminder so much calls

I have a EMI card of IDFC First Bank and just took consumer loan on it and have EMI on 3rd of Feb. And I know EMI amount and date and also have sufficient balance for EMI dtill automated machine calls 10-15 times a day.

I can't understand are you reminding customer for EMI or harassing them for EMI. Because previously when I took this loan there was no bounces than why this guys are harrassing customer in name of reminder.br...

EMI charges applied to my credit card for a Flipkart transaction that was cancelled and fully refunded.

To my surprise, after paying three EMIs already, I have now been asked to pay an additional ₹11, 000+ as a foreclosure charge. This is extremely concerning and seems entirely unjustified, as I have not received any goods or services against this transaction.

I am filing this complaint against IDFC FIRST Bank for continuous harassment, privacy breach, and false responses regarding their recovery process.

    I have miss guided by the IDFC bank professional by assuring the personal loan at lowest interest rate of 10.49% in Aug. 2024. I trusted them and neglected the other bank offer @11.25%.

    Initially got a loan sanction of 8, 49, 122 with interest rate @12.50%. with account number[protected]

    At the same time, I have checked with the IDFC bank professional regarding higher rate of interest rate, they told it is soft released document; it will be changed before 1st EMI.
    I have followed up with many times and their response after 3 Emi you will get, and finally they told 9 EMI is blocked so will get revised interest rate in April.

    I believed on their words and now 10 Emi is finished but bank is asking written proof for these changes, but I have only the details of communication with their professional which clearly told by them document will get before first Emi and other bank offer of lower interest rate before to this loan offer and they are not accepting these.

    still, I believe will get justice for this issue. and will convert the interest rate to lower interest rate as communicated 10.49%.

      payment dispute

      Imps ref no[[protected] and[protected]]

      Idfc bank
      Date of transaction :[22/04/2025]
      Imps debited from idfc account : [[protected]] but couldn't credited in sbi
      Had done an imps transfer from my idfc account to sbi account on 22/04/2025 of an amount of 22, 734/- and 2, 000/- with the transaction reference number [[protected] and[protected]]
      But same has not credited in my sbi account number...

          They had sold me HDFC Life Insurance, annual premium being Rs. 2, 09, 000.

          They advised me to reinvest the monthly payouts of Rs. 6, 000 in Mutual Funds through SIP’s. I am receiving the payouts from HDFC allright, but IDFC First Bank have not been able to invest my funds in SIP’s. It’s three months now, I really don’t know what they are doing.

          It makes me think that the BM and his deputies do not know their job and I am the loser. They say KYC is not done, but I provided them with my PAN Card, AADHAR Card, Photo and what not! But Alas! For the last 3 (THREE) months, they have not been able find out where the problem is or what the problem is! Only when they identify the problem can it be remedied! The Branch is full of inefficient and incompetent staff. And I am a sufferer!

                False loan processed and emi setup without permission

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am Mr. Sharad Kumar Mehra, working in IT Firm Infosys Pvt Lt. I am salaried employee and filling IT Return every year.
                I did not take any loan from IDFC first bank. But in my Experian credit report the below a/c is showing.
                It is affecting my cibil score severely. I am suffering to do other bank activities due to my cibil score.

                I never applied for this card. This created the card themselves and didn't even inform me.
                They are deducting Rs 99 every year since last 2 years. Its a total scam.

                    Dear ALL,

                    I am writing this mail to you in utter frustration and disappointment from IDFC management side after we have repeatedly complained about the torture an collection executive has given us till now. We have lodged complaint with IDFC customer complaint last month regarding collection executive Prakash ([protected]) and Dilipan([protected]) who has been literally tormenting us asking for money which they have paid as dues on behalf o[censored]s for our loan account number 96544743. Both of them have paid our loan due for the past two months (Feb and March 2024) without getting our consent or permission and now they are asking to repay the money to them which is unacceptable.

                    Already we raised the online complaint in the IDFC customer support - Service Request no [protected].

                    Also now Prakash has lodged a police complaint against us for repaying the amount and asking us to show the bike to them which in no way we can do. Also he has complained that I showed him a knife when he came home which never happened. We want you to take sivere action against these two persons immediately, failing which we will take legal action against the IDFC bank concerned branch with effect .

                    Please do the needful as soon as possible.
