    Actual amount to be charged: Rs 90 for onwards and return. But was charged Rs 135 (Additional amount of Rs 45 charged at 10:59 AM on the same day)
    Disputed Amount: Rs 45

      Every year deducting 99 rs as saying.. Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that INR 99.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX6860 on[protected]:12:44 at ACH-DR-TPCapfrst IDFC FIRST-[protected]-U

      I don't have any activ loans from capital first and IDFC..

          I have not taken any loan and still the payment shows active with Account Number[protected]. I want it to get closed as soon as possible as it is effecting my cibil report. I do not want any flipkart pay later option and all.

              On[protected], around 1:20 pm I got a message from IDFC bank as 5000 rupees has been debited whereas the ATM was with me, so I checked with Customer Care Executive and they confirmed that someone used my Aadhar and fingerprint to withdraw the amount and then they took my complaint and freezed the ATM Card. I am a bit concerned as Aadhar is linked with all of our bank accounts so if that person can withdraw from one account then definitely he/she can withdraw from another account.

              Could you please suggest what to do next to prevent all of my other bank accounts?
              Also, how can I find that fraud and get back my money?

                My IDFC loan is showing active which I have never took. the account type is personal loan and account no. is 55817426. In my Experian credit score it is still showing active that is badly affecting my credit score & I never took this loan.

                                I activated my flipkart paylater option on may 2023 and purchased a smartphone and the bill was paid prior to the due date mentioned. My paylater option was still active a few days back till 25th august. But now it's showing my flipkart paylater account is blocked. Without any reason my account has been blocked. I tried reaching out to flipkart customer care helpline but they didn't help me in any way. Flipkart customer services are saying it's the fault of IDFC bank. It's been 3 days I'm seeing the same thing without any update regarding the same. My cibil is getting affected because of this. Please activate my account.
