Dear Sir / Madam,

Every Day i get not less then 10 calls from IDFC bank for sales of cards.
I have been requesting them not call me back as i am not intrested in any service, No use,

I have registered to DND still i get calls

I black list there numbers
They call from different numbers

When i requested them not to call else i will complain to bank
the callers...

User id 6345673. DHIRAJ NIRMAL, purchased in aug 2021, recharged in september, having sufficient balance, the account has been expired, not able to use it when required. No one picks up the toll free number, no([protected]) email ids mentioned to share the greviance. What kind of services are being offered by this bank???

Nothing has been sent on sms about the expiry of the tag, all other communications related to recharge, activation has been duly received. Login was working perfectly some time back, now its not even allowing to login, no idea about the reason of the tag being deactivated. Is that another big scam of forfitting the money of the users from the tag, have been listening on social media about the same, it this true?

    I have deposited amount on the account at the same day of my emi, but the emi was debited next day and the ach rtn charges of 590 has been leived twice. I request idbi to return the debited amount....

    लास्ट 4 दीन से बहुत सारे फेक calls idfc bank ki aur से आ रहे हैं, कॉल मत करो बोलणे पर गाली गलोच कर रहे हैं !!

      As u know the emi is on 2 of every month and amount has debited properly from the account on 12 of may u have debited 472 rupees as ACH charges for three times need a refund on that.

        My Flipkart pay later has been blocked for unknown reason..though i have no bill pending over there...my Flipkart is registered with [protected]...

          I am having IDFC Tranch 2 Bond - IDE 0177346 and matured in March 2022. There is mistake in Account number so I have to Returned it to KFIntech - Hyderabad. They confirmed receipt of documents on 8th April 2022. They verified my account transferring Rs 1 in my account on 24th April 2022. Since then I am following up for payment and NO RESPONSE FROM KFINTECH. Even there is no escalation process and have to wait on customer care representative....

          I was holding couple of IDFC consumer loans which were closed completely & obtained NOC, 4 years back. IDFC failed to report the same to the EQUIFAX credit agency. These accounts are showing as active & write-off status. However 6 months back I have approached IDFC requesting for these corrections. I do not see any progresses.             IDFC Bank — Torture from IDFC recovery agents related to Amazon pay later.

            I paid 7753/- utilized amount on 2May2022. But I am receiving multiple calls from different numbers and from different agents saying that utilised amount is not paid. Everyday am receiving min 10 calls and asking me to pay. Because of these calls am unable to concentrate on office work and these guys making me irritated and very much disturbing.Attached are the screenshots of payment as proof. Am unable to bare this torture and disgusting....

            I am getting multiple calls from multiple numbers and different people belongs to IDFC first bank everyday, to pay my pending loan amount in Amazon pay later without checking properly the database.               I've been receiving more than 8 calls a day from IDFC bank for a preapproved loan, which I don't want. I have registered for DND from the bank and still they wont stop. The executives on the other end speak different language each time, and are not even proffesional in the way they speak. I have raised the same issue with the caller but there is no response.

              You guys are calling my number [protected] saying i am paras khanna when i am not ans i dont need a loan. Please stop calling me as i am already registered on dnd. I ll wait 10 days else ll take this to consumer court as i have asked ur agents to stop calling from past 3 years its now enough to handle....
