Preapproved topup loan..
Loan was applied on 20/09/2022.
I was followed for the same more than 50 times. Still this case not disbursed.
As per process...feedback should be share to concern team in 2 to 3 days..
But in this case 15 days... gone, not provide the status to me.

this is so pathetic and painful for me.
I am so so much harrassment regarding the services....

Hi

My name is vigneshwaran. I have bought tv on 4th July and I have paid my emi by ecs of every month except on this month due to medical emergency I missed the emi date on 2nd October. So I paid on 3rd October thru Idfc app and my Lan Number is 80026518 and the transaction I'd for the payment thru axis Netbanking amount of 2275 and the Cheque No.:C[protected]A80026518D[protected]QP Receipt No.---- YUTI[protected]. Even I am ready to pay bounce charges. Then later after payment only I got the message that 2nd attempt will have happen again on 4th mid morning. Coincidencely I have kept excess amount in my bank account. And today 4th morning I checked my account balance again they have deducted emi amount of 2275. Even though I paid on 3rd and the payment reflected with in 2 hours in your idfc bank. Still why again you have deducted. I need my money refunded in my account. I need quick resolution for this. Hope it will be done

    IDFC Fast tag customer care[protected] is only available from 9:30 AM to 6 PM IST. I had to travel from Bangalore to Goa on 30th Sep at 10 PM. I tried to login to my IDFC account at 8 PM on 30th Sep to recharge fasttag, but it gave me an error message that "Sign-in failed:user account has expired". There was not option to reinstate my account so I called[protected] but not body picked the phone, then called IDFC regular cust care number...

    My credit card ending with 7027 has been Temporarily Blocked without notifying me. Also I am unable to connect to customer service through phone calls.
    Kindly let me know why my credit card has been temporarily blocked and when it will be opened.

    I got pre approved offer from IDFC first bank. Personal loan got sanctioned but due to some problem associated with my account, this loan got cancelled just after 20-25 days of sanctioned. As the loan got cancelled but still it is showing in my cibil report which is creating problem for me un necessarily. Please help ASAP...

    I have a Idfc easy buy approved limit of rain 65000 bit not able to login to Idfc instacred, showing number not eligible.

    This is to inform that i have been receiving threat calls and abuses from IDFC Bank, Andheri East Branch. Threatening to beat me if i don't repay.
    Neither have i taken the loan nor have i signed as a guarantor.
    A relative of mine named Ravindra Chauhan has put my name and number as reference without even asking me and hence they are harassing me. The bank didn't even call me at the time of giving...

    I would like to inform you that I am getting too many calls in a day on daily basis from IDFC Bank regarding personal loan through IVRS. Hope you people understand and stop calling me from now onwards. I do not want any loans.

    I take a loan from idfc bank no. TS[protected], i clear all your dues and close this loan 24/05/2022, but you not update cibil till now i request you to clear many times please clear as soon as possible...

    IDFC bank Koramangala Bangalore offered be a personal loan for closing my existing 2 Finance loans. Post providing the DD both the Finance rejected the DD since the amount calculated is wrong. Now i ended up in paying 3 EMI at high range of interest.

    when i checked with Mr.Swamy Incharge of personal loan Koramangala office, he misbehaved with me and told its my fault that i didn't check the amount. I have shared them finance...

    I have an easy buy emi card with a limit of 75k shows active but everytime I try to use ina store it shows in eligible due to MOB, one executive says because i need to complete my other loan atleast 6 months which was done in September, other executive says because i once foreclosed a loan that's why ! Plus it says mobile not eligible in instacred my cibil is 775

    I have never taken any sort of loan nor I have an account at your bank, but still while I was checking my credit score then suddenly I was shocked by seeing an active account on my name used for personal loan for an amount of INR 10000, it is really devastating of such a worst bank to not to authorize the pancard and aadhar card, also not a notification regarding this popped on my email nor I received any message.
