[Resolved] IDFC Bank — adjusting the advance amount of emi and connecting to the loan department | |
I paid an advance amt. Of emi - 2188/- for the month of june'2020 on 2nd may'2020. I'm trying to connect to the loan department for last one month to get my amount adjusted or refunded but whenever i call to that number it always says switched off. I tried to connect from the customer care number they say that we are unable to connect or your problem is recorded and you'll get a call within 24 hours. Neither i got any calls nor my mobile number got connected to the loan department. If these are the services you provide to your customers then this is my first and last time that i took loan from this bank. I'm really dissatisfied with the services of yours. I'm never going to recommend for this bank to any one else. Really hate the services. Was this information helpful? | |
