I was trying to take money out of my account which dint went by and amount got deducted on wed 26th dec.(Acc no-[protected])
The amount of 10000
2858095 is my reference no of complaint for which I was told TAT is of 7 days.
I don't see any sign of money.
And whenever I call u guys have the same answer sir don't worry we will take care.i mean what the hell is the problem in returning my money to my own account.Its The worst service with any bank till now.Everyone is putting you in a loop whenever u call and at the end comes the same answer.

Is this the service you provide to your customers.whenver we call the agent says sir I have escalated the issue.your account is safe.your money is safe.
If I had to keep my money safe I'd open FD account.
No answers are given correctly and directly.they are always trying to sugar-coat every possible thing, even their own faults.
Because of this I have already ruined my new year celebration.and moreover I don't think you guys will do something extra for me...which I don't want
Just reverse my amount back that's it.
And stop fooling your existing customers in order to cater newer customers.
It's already been a hide and seek game for me with your reps from last 3 days.
I want the resolution as early as possible..I have had enough.
Give me mybmoney back so that I can shut off my account along with three other people's account back my home.And I would not carry a good name for the company furter.
Worst service and customer troubling Bank this is.
Even I work at AMEX we take care of customers and help the customers unlike you guys who just want to tell the lies to the customers and disconnect as early as possible so as to meet their Idiotic Tragets and AHT and all.
Learn from other Banks please.
